International Labor Organization in Cambodia, Laos and Thailand, met to discuss work related to the progress of cooperation and consideration of new projects.

Both sides expressed pride in the progress of these operations and agreed to further promote these activities, as well as to work together to improve the implementation of professional rights and freedoms. There is a forum to share experiences and studies to facilitate the procedures to participate in the implementation of laws and regulations related to the field of work better. In addition, for the Better Factories project, the Ministry will continue to encourage factory owners, enterprises in the manufacturing of travel products and bags to become members of the Better Factories project in Cambodia in order to obtain certificates of origin, and the Ministry will arrange for inspections. Together with the Labor Inspectorate and the Better Factories Cambodia project.
In the case of labor disputes, the Ministry always strives to reconcile and find a solution through the negotiation mechanism, and always continues to appeal by inviting the parties to the dispute to meet and negotiate a peaceful settlement in accordance with the legal procedures in force, and the Ministry is happy to provide legal services. To the parties to the dispute to ensure legal protection, the Ministry has been working to support the workers, especially union leaders.
Finally, both sides expressed their excitement over the fruits of the cordial and sincere talks in a spirit of brotherhood and frankness.
